Garden Wall is the only florist I ever use, since I have had really good experiences there. I always call them directly, so that I can take advantage of the seasonal flowers she uses, and the beautifully unique and creative arrangements. Highly recommended.
Colleen provided the most beautiful flowers and arrangements for our wedding that I have ever seen. I never expected to find such a talent in Penrose to do our flowers but she "heard" everything I described that I wanted including white roses without a "yellow" tint. My wife was purchased flowers by her sister as a sweet gesture. The flowers were a surprise and looked simple upon delivery. My wife contacted my sister who said the arrangement was not what she had ordered. She called 1-800-Flowers and they apologized for the mixup, stated they would send out the correct 2 arrangements and credit my sister in law. Fantastic response by that company. Then the Garden Wall owner came out for the corrected delivery and showed up with only 1 arrangement, told my wife that the order my sister in law saw is a fluffed up version that's a hundred dollars more and my wife would not receive that (I think that's bait and switch or false advertising) and then came to our house to reclaim the previous flower arrangement, dropping my wife's jaw to the floor as the delivery woman/owner continue to talk poorly about 1-800-Flowers (professional, right?) and the entire transaction. A sweet gesture from my sister in law was ruined by the owners attitude and lack of tact in dealing with a customer. A bad experience never results in an online review but the incredulous and audacious behavior needs to be out there for any potential future consumers to be well aware of the owners management dealings.
