Awesome customer service, found everything i needed at a good price
The Canon City True Value is a nice store, the staff there are very pleasant especially Sandy and Lee both of which do an outstanding job of trying to help and get you what you need, the problem that I have is with one of their products the Husqvarna brand Husqvarna has turn me down on warranty on a chainsaw that I purchased that I have been having problems with from day one the problem keeps occurring.Now the chainsaws two years out of warranty and they still haven't fixed it and now they will not stand behind it. I will never buy another Husqvarna item ever. Husqvarna has proven to me that they do not care about the warranty or the customer, when the warranty is up they don't care anymore if they can fix the problem or not they wait until the warranty is out and that's the excuse you will get I will never buy another Husqvarna product ever again.
